The Sports Bundle
The Sports Bundle is a popular option which includes the Original Bundle as well as all the dedicated Sky Sports channels. Sky Sports price
The price of Sky Sports is £27.50 for all the Sky Sports channels, but you can't purchase this as a standalone product. As a Sky TV customer you need to take a Sky TV Bundle, and then you can choose to upgrade to premium services like Sky Sports or Sky Cinema, if you didn't originally order any of them when you joined.
You'll also be able to take up to 3 different Sky Sports channels for a reduced monthly price. Choose one channel for £18, two for £22 and three for £26. This allows you to fully customise your Sky Sports experience, meaing you only pay for the sports you want to watch.
What's on Sky Sports
Sky Sports is home to a huge range of exclusive live football, including some of the biggest Premier League games of the season, as well as action from the Sky Bet Football League, Capital One Cup and La Liga.
It's not just football on Sky Sports though; you can catch Test, county, One-Day and T20 cricket, Grand Slam tennis, rugby, darts, boxing, golf and American Football. It's also the only place where you can watch every race of the F1 season live and uninterrupted, thanks to Sky Sports F1.
There are 8 dedicated sports channels on Sky Sports (inlcuding Sky Sports News), with viewers treated to punditry from great names past and present, as well as high-tech analysis, fascinating stats and all the latest news.
Other bundles with Sky Sports
The Variety Bundle adds additional channels to the Original option, with more drama, documentaries, music and kids' TV. If you take this with Sky Sports then it's £59.50 a month if you include all the channels.
If you're looking to get Sky Sports, Sky Cinema and HD alongside the full range of entertainment channels then Sky's Complete Bundle costs £80 a month.
Sky Sports with other providers
Sky Sports is offered through some rival TV providers, but the whole package with all 8 dedicated channels will usually be more expensive. Other providers with Sky Sports as an option are Virgin Media, BT and TalkTalk.
Sky TV Bundle Benefits
When you take a Sky TV Bundle you get the Sky+HD box as standard, with pause, rewind and record as well as built-in Wi-Fi. Alternatively, you can choose to pay to upgrade the box so you get more memory.
Every bundle also includes access to Sky Go, so you can watch content in line with your subscription whilst you're away from home. Content is available live and on demand, as long as you have a Wi-Fi or 4G/3G connection on your device. Not all devices and browsers are supported so be sure to check the latest updates on this direct with Sky.
You also get catch-up TV access with every Sky TV Bundle, so you can watch the latest episodes from free-to-air platforms like iPlayer and ITV Player, as well as Sky Entertainment catch-up from channels like Sky 1 and Sky Arts. You do need home broadband connected in order to use on demand services through your TV, as they download to your set-top box.
