How do NOW TV packages work?
You can buy broadband packages from NOW TV that can come with various Membership options, or you can purchase standalone broadband deals, it’s up to you.
If you wanted to build your own NOW package without broadband, it’s very simple. Head over to NOW and select Join Now in the top bar. From here, you’ll be able to select the Cinema, Entertainment or Sports Membership. Let’s explain what’s included with each one.:
The NOW TV passes
With the Entertainment Membership, you’ll gain access to some of Sky’s best channels, such as Sky Atlantic exclusives like Gangs of London, House of the Dragon, The White Lotus and many more.
With the Cinema Membership, you’ll gain access to all of Sky’s movie range that’s available on Sky Cinema.
The Sports Membership has numerous membership options: Day Membership, giving you access to NOW/Sky Sports for 24 hours, and Month Membership, which is a rolling subscription with no contract.
The Sports Day Membership is a one-off payment of £14.99, while the Fully Flexible monthly membership is £34.99 a month.
If you wanted, you could opt for the Sports + Entertainment + Boost bundle, which brings the two plans together at one lower price. It costs £31.99 a month but with a six month minimum term, after which it reverts to individual Flexible plans at their regular price per month.
There's also the Sports Saver option which costs £27.99 a month on a six month minimum term, after which it becomes £34.99 a month.
Most of these Membership passes (excluding Saver Plans/Saver Bundles) are on a no-contract basis, meaning you can cancel and restart it whenever you'd like. The flexibility of NOW’s packages is ideal for certain sporting events or series that might only be on for a short period.

Does TNT Sport come with the NOW Sports pass?
TNT Sport on NOW TV only comes with the NOW Sports Extra Membership, which is only available in Ireland.
With the NOW Sports Extra Membership, people in Ireland can gain access to all Sky Sports channels, TNT Sports 1, 2, 3 and 4, along with Premier Sports 1 and 2.
What’s on the NOW Entertainment pass?
The NOW Entertainment Membership essentially gives you access to what a basic Sky TV package would (except from Netflix). All Sky’s TV channels, from Sky Comedy to Sky One, will be made available through the NOW Entertainment Membership.
The biggest new inclusion to come to NOW TV is HBO Max, which was launched in the UK in March. You can get Sky Originals, exclusive US shows and every series from HBO Max included with the Entertainment & HBO Max subscription, which is available for £6.99 a month (six month minimum term, £9.99 a month thereafter when transferring to Flexible plan).
How much is the NOW Entertainment & Cinema pass?
The Entertainment plan comes with the option of a Flexible membership (currently £7.99 a month) or the Saver Plan (currently £2.99 a month, six month minimum term, £7.99 a month thereafter).
The Cinema membership offers a Saver plan for £6.99 a month (six month minimum term, reverts to flexible plan thereafter) and a Flexible monthly rolling plan at a cost of £9.99 a month.
You can also make the most of their Saver Bundles which put together a number of subscriptions.
- Entertainment + Cinema + Boost - £6.98 a month for six months (minimum term, splits to individual flexible plans thereafter)
- Entertainment & HBO Max - £6.99 a month for six months (minimum term, £9.99 a month thereafter)
- Entertainment & HBO Max + Cinema - £13.98 a month for sixth months (minimum term, splits to individual flexible plans thereafter)

Can I watch live Sky TV with NOW TV?
While NOW TV is predominantly an On-Demand service, you can watch live Sky channels through whichever Membership you pay for. If you pay for both the Entertainment and Cinema Membership, you’ll be able to use the TV guide to watch the live content, too.
Do I need a NOW TV stick to watch NOW?
You don't need a NOW Smart Stick to watch NOW TV, but it's one of the many smart sticks where NOW is available for download. You'll also be able to download the NOW app on a ROKU Stick and an Amazon Fire Stick.
Are Sky and NOW TV the same?
NOW TV is a subscription service, where you pay monthly for Sky content without a contract, but it isn't considered a part of Sky. With all the passes on offer, you can pay for a Sports, Entertainment or Cinema pass, which will provide you with the appropriate Sky content. NOW TV is a superb alternative for people who want the best of Sky but with the flexibility of being able to cancel when you want to.
