Netflix releases first trailer for Red Notice
With exotic locations, plenty of explosive action, witty quips and the star power of its three leads, the film has all the ingredients of giant hit for the streamer.
Netflix has unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming film Red Notice.
The star-studded action comedy stars Dwayne Johnson as expert FBI profiler John Hartley who’s forced to team up with quippy art thief Nolan Booth (Ryan Reynolds) to track down the glamorous criminal Sarah Black (Gal Gadot).
The film was both written and directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber who previously teamed up with the wrestler-turned-actor for both Skyscraper and Central Intelligence.
It was originally set for a cinematic release before the streaming giant acquired the distribution rights from Universal in summer 2019
With a budget of an eye-watering $200 million, Red Notice has taken the title of Netflix’s most expensive film ever.
It’s currently tied with The Russo Brothers’ upcoming assassin thriller The Gray Man and sits just ahead of Martin Scorsese’s Academy-Award nominated The Irishman at $160 million and 6 Underground which cost $150 million.
You can stream Red Notice from 12th November on Netflix.
