Sex and the City reboot to premiere on Sky this December
It'll see Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) attempting to navigate life in their 50s.
And Just Like That…, the upcoming reboot of Sex and the City, will premiere on Sky this December, the broadcaster has confirmed.
The 10 half-hour episodes will air weekly on Sky Comedy and then be available to stream on-demand with NOW straight after.
Continuing on from the events of the original series and the follow-up films, And Just Like That… will pick up with Carrie (Sarah Jessica Parker), Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) and Charlotte (Kristin Davis) in their 50s.
Original cast members Chris Noth, Willie Garson, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg and Evan Handler are all set to reprise their roles.
Newcomers to the show include Nicole Ari Parker, Sarita Choudhury, Karen Pittman, Sara Ramirez and Isaac Cole Powell.
Noticeably absent from this cast list is Kim Cattrall as Samantha, reportedly due to the ongoing feud between her and Parker.
Michael Patrick King, who wrote and directed numerous episodes of the original, will serve as showrunner with Samantha Irby, Rachna Fruchbom, Keli Goff, Julia Rottenberg and Elisa Zuritsky joining him in the writers room.
All six seasons of the original Sex And The City series are available to stream on NOW.
