Plus England thrashed, big box office weekend and more.
England crushed in third India Test
India claimed a record win in the third Test of the five-match series against England to take a 2-1 lead on home soil.
It was always an uphill battle for the visitors and India got the runs in from minute one. They set a mammoth 557 for victory in the second innings but didn’t even need the full five days to prevent their challengers from getting close.
England were bowled out for just 122 inside 40 overs on day four, giving India a 434-run win, their greatest-ever margin of victory in terms of runs.
The series will continue Friday with the start of a must-win fourth Test for England. You can watch every moment live on TNT Sports.

Oppenheimer continues to sweep up at every major ceremony this award season, winning seven times at the 2024 BAFTAs.
Alongside general film wins of Best Film, Cinematography, Editing and Original Score, the 2023 summer blockbuster also saw some of its stars win awards for their performances.
Cillian Murphy was the recipient of the Best Actor in a Leading Role award while his co-star Robert Downey Jr. won Best Actor in a Supporting Role, both of which stay as favourites for the same awards the Oscars in three weeks.
To top it all off, Christopher Nolan, the masterful director behind the film, once again won Best Director to give Oppenheimer the most wins on the night.
Matsuyama snatches win in Tiger’s abrupt return
Hideki Matsuyama stormed to victory on Sunday off the back of a stunning final round 62 to steal the victory at the Genesis Invitational.
The 2021 Masters champion shot a tournament record nine-under-par for the day, becoming the first player to card 62 or better in the final round at Riviera Country Club, where the event was and has been played since 1999.
It was Matsuyama’s first PGA Tour victory since the Sony Open in Hawaii in 2022 and his ninth overall, but it was spoiled somewhat by the absence of the event's host, Tiger Woods.
Woods was making his return to playing since last April’s Masters but had his weekend cut short after he withdrew due to flu-like symptoms midway through his round on Friday.
It’s said that the exit was unrelated to any of his long-standing injury problems, but it was still enough to keep him away from presenting the trophy to Matsuyama on Sunday as he would normally do, something which made the champion “a little disappointed”.
You can catch every event of the PGA Tour season live exclusively on Sky Sports.

The former film sat atop the charts, bringing in $51m domestically. It made a further $29m internationally, seeing it reach $80m worldwide so far.
